Having to replace foundation and floor joists in kitchen it was decided to enlarge the footprint of the kitchen.
Will adjust roof line to be similar to existing back second story roof line so that will not look so much like an addition, more like a part of the existing house.
Will gain entry/mud room area and closet space as well as increase back bathroom size.
